SOIL: Deep clayey – sandy, with alkaline reaction
ALTITUDE: 350 m above sea level
GRAPE HARVEST: Hand picked and carefully selected in the fist ten of September.
WINEMAKING: White winemaking with soft press and controlled temperature fermentation (17-18°C). Sharpening in steel. Short sharpening in bottle.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Very interesting golden and copper coloured shades. Fruity and mineral flavour. Innovative and elegant wine. Its structure stands out in mouth, full-bodied and of great freshness.
MATCHING WITH: First plates, white meats, fresh cheese, grilled fish and crustaceans.
OTHER: Recommended serving temperature: 12 °C.
Store vertically in cool dark place.
Storing time: 1-3 years.
