SOIL: Deep clayey – sandy with alkaline reaction.
ALTITUDE: 350 m above sea level
GRAPE HARVEST: Hand picked after the first ten of September.
WINEMAKING: Cold pre-fermentaion maceration and controlled temperature fermentation under the skins (20-22°C). Sharpening in steel.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Ruby-red colour with slight violet highlights. Typical fragrances of grape variety like strawberry and cherry.
In mouth it's sapid and pleasantly exuberant.
MATCHING WITH: First plates with strong intensity, meats, lamb.
OTHER: Recommended serving temperature: 18 °C.
Store vertically in cool dark place.
Storing time: 2-4 years.
