Cold pre-fermentation maceration and slow fermentation under the skins.
Sharpening in steel and subsequentely in bottle.
WINE DESCRIPTION:
Deep Ruby-red colour and exuberant character.
Intense and persistent scent of red and black fruits and spices.
In mouth it's full-bodied and quite tannic. Harmonious and persuasive.
MATCHING WITH:
First plates with strong intensity, braised meats, lamb, sausages and aged cheese.
Recommended serving temperature: 18 °C.
Store horizontally in cool dark place.
Storing time: 4 - 6 years.
