The Sauvignon is hand picked in the first ten days of August. The Catarratto in the second half of September.

Cold pellicular maceration and controlled temperature fermentation (17-18°C).
Sharpening in steel.
WINE DESCRIPTION:
Straw-yellow colour with green highlights.
Sometimes the wine shows the typical fragrances of Sauvignon with herbaceous notes; other times the rounded and fresh smells of Catarratto prevail with notes of peach and orange-blossoms.
In mouth gives harmonic sensations of freshness.
MATCHING WITH:
Excellen as aperitif. It mathes with first plates, grilled fish and vegetables, crustaceans and cheeses.
OTHER:
Recommended serving temperature: 14 °C.
Store vertically in cool dark place.
Storing time: 1-2 years.
