SOIL: Deep clayey – sandy, with alkaline reaction

GRAPE HARVEST: Hand picked at mid-September, taking care of selection of the clusters.
WINEMAKING: White winemaking with soft press and fermentation at controlled temperature (17-18°C). Sharpening in steel for 5 months.
Short sharpening in bottle.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Unusual version of a great mediterranean wine. Very elegant and soft flavour wine. In mouth it detaches its structure, particularly sapid and of great freshness.
MATCHING WITH: First plates, white meats, fresh cheese, grilled fish and crustaceans.
