WINEMAKING: Traditional red winemaking. Sharpening in barriques for 10 months and other 6 months in bottle.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Ruby-red colour. Intense and harmonic scent of mature blackberries and spices. In mouth it is balanced, tannic and persistent.
MATCHING WITH: Mediterranean plates with strong intensity, braised meats, lamb, sausages, salamis and aged cheese.
OTHER: Recommended serving temperature: 18°C
Store horizontally in cool dark place.
Storing time: 4-6 years.
