WINEMAKING: Red winemaking with short low temperature maceration. Sharpening in steel for 6 months and short sharpening in bottle.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Ruby-red colour with slight violet tinge. His scent exalts fragrances typical of grape variety, like black pepper and black fruits, strawberry and cherries. In mouth it is tannic, sapid and persistent.
MATCHING WITH: First plates with strong intensity, meats, lamb.
OTHER: Recommended serving temperature: 18°C
Store horizontally in cool dark place.
Storing time: 2-4 years.
